The Holdfast Security Group provides onsite security and preparedness consulting and training for companies and their employees, executives, and families. Each tailored site visit begins with a conversation to determine security priorities and develop a Scope of Work.

Elements of an Onsite Visit

• Preliminary site survey to determine security baselines.
• Key stakeholder briefing to provide an initial threat assessment and security analysis of the workplace.
• Personal Security Considerations presentation for employees.
• Follow-on, personalized/localized consultations for individuals, employee teams, or groups within their assigned work areas.
• Meet with key stakeholders to discuss strategies for identifying and addressing security-related HR Issues.
• Final report detailing observations and recommendations.
This discussion provides individuals with a candid look at the current security environment at work and in their personal lives. Specific mindfulness techniques, early detection and avoidance strategies, and heuristic decision-making are emphasized. This discussion is thoughtfully designed not to frighten or alarm, but to inform and empower individuals to become stakeholders in their own safety and security.
Soon after the visit, our clients are provided with a detailed report of observations and recommendations. The report is followed by a consultation with the client to review the report and discuss priorities and implementation.
Our In-Home Executive Security visits are designed to prepare key executives, their family members, and household staff to respond to an emergency situation or hostile event.
The in-home visit includes a walk through and security assessment of their home, a Security Considerations for Executives presentation, the development of a household emergency plan and a detailed report summarizing observations and recommendations.

Workplace Violence

Workplace violence is currently recognized as one of the leading causes of job-related deaths in the United States. OSHA estimates that 2 million workers are victims of workplace violence each year. We help reduce the potential for workplace violence by training employees on how to recognize and avoid or diffuse potentially violent situations.
